About ¼ lb peppers
1 clove garlic
½ onion cut up
Tsp salt
Cup of white vinegar
Tsp oil
You can also use half a cucumber very finely mash grated to give the sauce thickness like a tomato sauce.
Cut the stems off the peppers
Blend in the food processor: peppers, onion, garlic.
Add cucumber, salt, oil, vinegar and stir it.
Put it in a clean glass jar and keep in the fridge…forever.
Adding in the new Lupe single for ya, which I was excited to blast in my car this morning, then quickly was turning down. It is safe to say that Lupe’s record label WANTS HIM ON THE RADIO. ho hum.

Unavailable for much comment these days…deeply into moving my entire life from a boxed up cramped situation to a stretched out and empty situation. I’m filling my new home with wires, AV equipment, white linens, and yucca plants. I’m more than happy.
I found some time last night to visit The Birchmount. Pretty mind-blowing experience to discover such a true Scarborough gem. I had heard of this legendary music venue..where all the post-punk alt country dudes would hang out – think Blue Rodeo & Handsome Ned. It’s massive inside. I’m sure in it’s heyday, it was THE SPOT!! Remember in the movies when kids needed to “cross town lines” in order to lawfully bust a move? And they always end up in some crazy sweaty dancing country bar? Yeah, it’s like that…
